SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does it take to receive an order?

Our average delivery times are 7 to 21 working days.

For some products, we deliver in less than a week.

To avoid high storage and labor costs, we work directly with our producers and therefore have no intermediaries. This allows us to offer you really advantageous prices compared to what you could have in a physical store.

In any case, if you do not receive your item within 60 days, we will refund you in full and you can keep the object when you receive it.

Where do we deliver and what are the delivery costs?

We deliver all over the world.
Delivery charges are OFFERED for all orders from 50€ .

Otherwise, our delivery costs are €3.95.

Where are you from ?

Our company is entirely French. We ship our packages directly from our producers located in Asia and Spain.

Who delivers my item?

Your items are delivered through your local post service.

What are the delivery times?

Items are delivered according to the terms of your local post office.

What if no one is home?

Don't worry, our items will be left in your PO Box if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can collect it.

I made a mistake in the delivery address, what should I do?

Don't worry, if your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll be happy to update your information. Otherwise and in accordance with our General Conditions of Sale, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no more changes can be made.

There are items missing from my order, where are they?

We work with several suppliers, when you place an order, each supplier takes care of a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will therefore receive 5 different packages and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, some will be slower). On the other hand, if you order the same product 3 times, then they will all be sent in 1 single package.

Is your site secure?

This site is 100% secure. And to tell the truth, we could even say that it is 300%.

Here's why :

First, the site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock on the left side of the URL of this page is there to remind you).

Most sites only secure their "basket" and everything related to the payment of orders. On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware.

Finally, concerning the payment, we use Paypal, Stripe and Coinbase which are the references in terms of security of transactions on the Internet.

In summary, ordering from LiliKdo is safe and secure.

What are the payment methods?

Currently, you can pay by credit card or via your Paypal account on our site. We do not accept bank checks, bank transfers or payment on receipt.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?

We offer a 100% "satisfied or refunded" guarantee!
If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you the full amount of the item as soon as it arrives with us.

However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage must then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
